Welcome to My Aasthi. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Aasthi website, apps and services (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What My Aasthi is
My Aasthi is an online platform that helps buyers and tenants discover properties and connect directly with owners, builders and agents. We are a technology platform and marketplace. We are not a party to any transaction between users, and we do not act as a real-estate broker or agent for buyers.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Listings and content
Owners, builders and agents are responsible for the listings and content they post, including prices, descriptions, images and availability. While we take steps to verify listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legality of any listing. You should independently verify any property, its documents and its legal status before making a decision or a payment.
4. Zero brokerage
My Aasthi does not charge buyers or tenants any brokerage. Any price, deposit or terms are agreed directly between you and the owner, builder or agent. My Aasthi is not responsible for those terms or for the completion of any transaction.
5. Related services
The Platform may offer home loans, legal services and interior services. These are provided by partner banks, non-banking financial companies, advocates and vendors, and are subject to their own terms, eligibility criteria and approvals. Indicative rates, prices and timelines shown are estimates and are not an offer or a guarantee.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful content
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy
- Scrape, copy or misuse data from the Platform
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform
- Use the Platform for spam or unsolicited marketing
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by My Aasthi and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Platform.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Property information is provided for general purposes only and should not be treated as legal, financial or investment advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Aasthi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a transaction, listing or third-party service accessed through the Platform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
